By using Velori’s services, requesting a quote, or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Our Services

Velori provides professional vehicle transport and specialist recovery across the UK. Our services include:

Standard / Priority /Open Transport:

  • Vehicle collection and delivery using open trailers.

  • Suitable for performance, luxury, and classic vehicles.

  • Fully insured and handled by trained personnel.

White Glove / Enclosed Transport:

  • Personalised vehicle collection and delivery using enclosed trailers.

  • Secure, discreet handling with continuous communication.

  • Designed for high-value, performance, luxury, and classic vehicles.

  • Optional bespoke scheduling and additional premium care.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email, phone, or website form.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required depending on the service selected.

  • Velori reserves the right to refuse service for vehicles deemed unsafe or unsuitable for transport.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated.

  • Full payment for White Glove / Priority services must be made prior to collection.

  • Standard/Open transport may allow partial payment arrangements, agreed in advance.

  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, card, or other agreed methods.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Ensure vehicles are insured for transport.

  • Remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle.

  • Provide complete and accurate vehicle information and collection/delivery details.

Velori cannot be held responsible for items left inside vehicles.

5. Liability and Insurance

  • Velori maintains comprehensive transport and recovery insurance.

  • Vehicles are transported at the client’s risk only to the extent covered by insurance.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the insured value of the vehicle.

  • Velori is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Mechanical faults unrelated to transport

    • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or third parties

White Glove / Additions:

  • Enclosed transport ensures higher protection and security.

  • Discretion and confidentiality are strictly maintained.

  • Any media involving vehicles is only used with client consent.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in writing.

  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on service type and notice period.

  • Velori may cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather or safety concerns).

7. Data Protection

  • Velori collects and stores personal data in accordance with GDPR.

  • Data is used solely for service provision and communication with clients.

  • Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes arising from services or website use will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
